Highend Shipping Containers coordinates delivery throughout the United States. Availability, freight cost, and delivery timing depend on product size, inventory location, carrier capacity, route conditions, and site access.
Shipping Quotes
Large products such as shipping containers, cabins, modular units, and pools usually require a custom freight quote. Shipping rates may depend on:
- Product dimensions, weight, and loading requirements.
- Delivery address, distance, and route restrictions.
- Equipment needed, such as tilt-bed, crane, forklift, or flatbed service.
- Site conditions, access roads, gates, overhead wires, grade, and unloading space.
- Fuel costs, carrier availability, permits, and appointment requirements.
Estimated Delivery Timing
Delivery windows are estimates and begin after payment confirmation, inventory confirmation, and delivery details are approved.
- Accessories and small items: typically 3-10 business days when available.
- Standard containers: commonly 5-15 business days depending on location.
- Cabins, modified containers, pools, or specialty units: timing varies by preparation and carrier scheduling.
Important: Freight delivery is not the same as parcel delivery. Large units require clear access, a prepared drop area, and a responsible adult on site unless otherwise agreed.
Customer Site Responsibilities
Before delivery, the customer is responsible for confirming that the site can safely receive the product. This includes measuring access, clearing obstructions, confirming ground firmness, and obtaining any required permissions from landlords, associations, municipalities, or job sites.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the product at delivery before signing carrier paperwork. Note visible damage, missing parts, or delivery concerns on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately.
Damage or Delivery Issues
If a product arrives damaged or the delivery does not match the order, contact us within 48 hours with photos, delivery paperwork, and a short description of the issue. We will help review the claim and coordinate next steps with the carrier where applicable.
Weather, Access, and Carrier Delays
Delivery may be delayed by weather, unsafe site conditions, road restrictions, mechanical issues, inventory movement, or carrier scheduling. We will communicate known delays as quickly as possible.
